Sigma-Pi-Sigma Induction Ceremony 2005-06
On Monday, Nov. 21 at 4:30, we held the
induction ceremony to welcome the newest members of Sigma-Pi-Sigma,
the national physics honor society. Sean Finnegan (Dickinson class of
2001), a Ph.D. candidate at the University of West Virginia, gave the
keynote address titled "Using baffles to measure wiggles that cause
fusion plasmas to fizzle." This was followed by dinner with the entire
department. Below are a few picture of this event!
